Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Mac Performance Monitor application ("the App") from Neil Johnson ("we", "us", "our"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Our 14 day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with the App. If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. There is also a free trial and, during our launch promo, free license keys, so you can try the App fully before any money changes hands.

2. Free launch promo

While our launch promo is running, license keys are issued free of charge, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies to paid purchases made after the promo ends.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at neil@bzwrd.co.uk with the email address you used to buy and your order reference, and tell us you would like a refund. We will be glad to help. Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for all orders, refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. You may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they sent you.

4. Time to process

Once a refund is approved, Paddle issues it to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the associated license is no longer valid for continued paid use and you should stop using any paid features, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

6. Your statutory rights

The App is digital content supplied immediately on purchase. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the App is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the time limit above.
